I actually live near you - Yucaipa is about 20 min away. You might be interested to know that in downtown Redlands there is a farmer's market every Thursday night. I don't know where the farms get their food. I have just started shopping at farmer's markets. I have been trying to go green since January. In addition, there is an organic/ health food market in Loma Linda called Clark's (sells lots of organic fresh foods) and there is another health food store at Loma Linda University called Loma Linda market.
