Not bad. Always do like to know where else to shop green. The big box stores are learning that they need to think greener, but I will certainly agree that they carry a lot of toxic, nasty stuff too.

I used to work in their paint department when I was in college. Talk about nasty toxins!

Home Depot has everything an organic, earth-friendly gal could you could ever want... plants, organic plant food and compact florescent lightbulbs, but to be honest with you not everything they sell is so earthfriendly. they sell brand new boxes which are HORRIBLE on teh environment. the emissions, the paper waste, the loss of trees. There's no need to buy boxes there when all you have to do is go to www.usedcardboardboxes.com who sells earth-friendly moving boxes for super cheap!!! Less waste and no downed trees. Also, they ship them for free which means you can spend more time in the garden with your worms! ;-)
