I used Fuzzi Bunz (snaps last a long time over velcro)for my son. We also had the cloth wipes. The mini shower was a quick install (less than 5 minutes). If you are looking for one diaper to last from start to potty training, check out the Swaddlebees Econappi. It has three sizes in one diaper. It can really save money in the long run.

I used BumGenius that I got off of cottonbabies.com.

They are a little expensive pocket dipes, BUT they are one size fits all! I got them when I was pregnant and my 10 mth old is still wearing them. I started out with 12. I also got two bummis wraps and some prefolds, but I didn't care for them as much. That would be my next fav. way.
