We also had the cloth wipes. The mini shower was a quick install (less than 5 minutes). If you are looking for one diaper to last from start to potty training, check out the Swaddlebees Econappi. They are a little expensive pocket dipes, BUT they are one size fits all! I got them when I was pregnant and my 10 mth old is still wearing them. I started out with 12. I also got two bummis wraps and some prefolds, but I didn't care for them as much.
