Here’s another fun way for kids to enjoy a bit of frozen fruit in a healthy way.

Ingredients

1 cup plain or vanilla yogurt
1 cup fruit (bananas, strawberries, you name it)
1 tbsp honey (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in blender. Mix to desired consistency. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
